Strategic orientation workshop on the Modernization of the Public Service (MSP)

Under the chairmanship of Mr. Gallo BA (Minister of the Civil Service), the SG of Ministry of Economy, Planning and Cooperation of Senegal (MEPC) and #MCTEN, of His Excellency Mr. Sönke Simon (German Ambassador to Senegal) and Me Ousseyni KANE (DG of the Operational Plan Monitoring Office Emerging Senegal – BOS ), the BOS held this Monday March 06, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 14 p.m., the strategic orientation workshop on the #Modernization of Public Service (#MSP), one of the flagship reforms of #PES.

As a reminder, the reform of the Modernization of the public service aims to “create the conditions for an effective administration, capable of supporting the dynamic of emergence; by providing services to users within a logic of sustained performance.”

It was thus a workshop very rich in exchanges and during which, Khady Fall (Project Manager at the structuring department of the #BOS), presented to the officials the approach to structuring the said reform as well as the strategic orientations.
