Ten-year review of the esp

The Operational Office for Monitoring the Emerging Senegal Plan (BOS/PSE) organized its traditional review workshop this Tuesday, January 09, 2024.

An exhaustive review was carried out on the execution of the flagship projects and reforms of the Emerging Senegal Plan (PSE) supported by an impact study on Senegal from before PSE to the present day.

This year's workshop coincides with the ten years of implementation of the esp punctuated around the execution of the Priority Action Plans PAP-1 2014-2018 and PAP-2 2019-2023, marked by progress during the first phase and adjustments during the second linked to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic which occurred in 2020.

Three panels were also moderated by illustrious experts from the administration and the private sector:
