Launch of the work of the Technical Workshop for structuring the Reform “Modernization of the Public Service”

The Operational Plan Monitoring Office Emerging Senegal – BOS , with the financial and technical support of German cooperation (GIZ), and in connection with the Ministry of Public Service and Public Sector Transformation (MFPTSP), launched, Monday February 13, 2023, in Toubab Dialaw, the work of the Technical Workshop for structuring the Reform “Modernization of the Public Service”, one of the key priorities of the esp.

It was in the presence of the Director General of the BOS, Me El Ousseyni KANE, Djiby Diagne, DGA BOS, Fatou Bintou Sall, Secretary General of the Ministry of Communication, Telecom and the Digital Economy, Mohamed Mahmoud Diop, Secretary General of the MFPTSP, Dr. Katharina Noussi (GIZ), Madogal Thioune (Ministry of Civil Service).

Other actors from different sectors of activity (civil society, private and public sector, training, etc.) also take part in this important meeting.
