Benchmark mission in Germany

In view of the upcoming launch of structuring work on the public service modernization reform, a Senegalese delegation, led by the Director General of the Operational Plan Monitoring Office Emerging Senegal – BOS Me El Ousseyni KANE, is carrying out a benchmark mission in Germany, from January 22 to 28, 2023.

Other administration entities also took part in this trip organized with the support of the #GIZ. It's about :
– from the Ministry of the Civil Service, represented by its chief of staff, Ms. Thioro Mbaye Sall,
- Sénégal Numérique SA (formerly ADIE), represented by its Managing Director, Sheikh Bakhoum.
- Ministry of Economy, Planning and Cooperation of Senegal (MEPC)
– GIZ
- National School of Administration
- CESAG BUSINESS SCHOOL
– Organization and Method Office (BOM)
– National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption

The first day was marked by discussions with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) on the different approaches to modernization and digitalization of the administration.
