Reports resulting from the work of the Intensive PES Program structuring workshop

The Minister to the President of the Republic responsible for monitoring the Emerging Senegal Plan (PSE), Mr. Abdou Karim Fofana, officially handed over to his colleague Mr. Abdou Karim Sall, Minister of the Environment and Sustainable Development, the reports resulting from the work of the Intensive Workshop for structuring the PSE Program which took place from May 23 to June 24, 2022 in the premises of the Operational Office for Monitoring the Emerging Senegal Plan – BOS, located in the building TALIX GROUP at Point E.

– 29 projects were structured consisting of: 15 private projects, 9 public projects, 5 PPP projects
– The investment needs of all structured projects are estimated at 340 billion FCFA, i.e. 90 billion for private projects, 139 billion for public projects and 111 billion for Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
– Around ten reforms operationalized for a financing requirement of 15 billion FCFA.
