Accelerated provision of land
Description
The flagship reform “Accelerated provision of land” constitutes one of the prerequisites identified in the improvement of the business environment and regulation, for the successful implementation of the flagship and structuring projects of the esp. With a strong impact on the structural transformation of the economy and growth, this reform aims to remove constraints on access to land and facilitate the mobilization of targeted assets and to accelerate security and development, in accordance with the provisions and legal regulations in force.
The operational objective for 2023 is to secure 21 hectares for the housing sector and 000 hectares for the agri-food sector. This sought-after operational efficiency should also promote the security of land rights for other priority sectors of the esp such as infrastructure, health and energy.
Major Achievements:
- Securing 16 ha in 865 for the promotion of social housing
- Securing 64 ha in 556 for agricultural development
- Securing 85 ha in 2021 for Agropole Sud
